Hot Tip: Color Coding Calendar Event Types Did you know that the human eye can see 7,000,000 colors? Did you know that 16 of those colors can be used to identify types of events in your CompleteCampaigns.com calendar? By using color to identify certain types of events, your staff can easily see when the next phone bank will occur or when someone will be out of the office. You can classify a color for a particular event to ensure that the next person to add an event will use the same color. To identify event types:
Once you have set an event type, you can add an event to the calendar with that specific event color:
Just keep in mind that eight percent of men and 0.4% of women are color blind, so you might want to check with the candidate first! Focus On is our new series of email tutorials.
