What does CompleteEmail Package consists of?
Each CompleteEmail master account comes with 10 email addresses and 100MB of email storage at the cost of $25/month.
What if we are interested in purchasing more email addresses for the CompleteEmail master account?

How does CompleteCampaigns.com prevent users from going over?
In order to stay within the space limitations given (and stay on budget), we are imposing space quotas of 25MB per individual email address. ”But, CompleteCampaigns.com,” you ask, ”If each master account comes with 10 email addresses, and each address has up to 25MB that’s 250MB, not 100MB!!” Ah, yes, we thought of that. The likelihood of each email holder using every bit of their 25MB at all times is very rare. However, it happens. We know. There are fail/safes for the quotas:
1) Administrators can turn on/off the quotas as needed. If you know a huge voter file is being sent your way, you can temporarily turn off the 25MB quota until the file arrives, download the huge file that’s taking up all that space and delete the email, then turn the quota back on. Administrators can also choose to impose a lower quota on those that constantly exceed the 25MB amount per their discretion
2) Quexion will send ”warning” emails to those rare email holders who are on the verge of going over their quota. Once the user reaches their quota, emails will bounce back to their senders.
How can Administrators turn on or turn off quotas?
To turn on/off quotas, Administrators need to log in at enterprisemail.biz, and click on ”Domain Admin” on the left hand side.
This will bring up all the email addresses, group lists, forwarded addresses, etc. for all email accounts.
At the very bottom is a box called ”Email Box” (which may or may not continue onto a next page).
Next to each email holder is a box for ”Spam Filter”, ”Show Sizes”, ”Quota (MB)” and ”Options”. Simply click in the ”Quota (MB)” box for the individual that you’d like to impose a quota on and type in the number, whether it be 25 or 10. BEFORE going to the next page, click on the ”Change Values” button to save your work.

How can we avoid using the space? (trying to figure out another question)
The first and easiest thing you can do is to check your email using a viewer like Outlook or Eudora, instead of viewing your mail on the web at enterprisemail.biz. These types of mail viewers automatically download your email onto your computer, thereby freeing up room on the server. If you are of the travelin’ sort, and don’t use a mail viewer on your computer, you can save server space by meticulously deleting old & sent emails.
