Complete Email: Changing Quotas for Email Addresses
This will show you how to turn off email quotas in Complete Email. Since Complete Email is provided through Quexion, please contact them at 800-245-8061 with any questions or problems that occur. You must have a administrator level of access to make this change. This should only be done as a AS NEEDED basis.
Go to http://www.enterprisemail.biz/login.asp and login.
On the left hand side, click on Domain Admin
A new page will appear listing all the users for Complete Email. Scroll down to the person that you want to remove or add quotas to. Enter in the Amount or Delete the amount of the quotas in the quota box.
Once you have made the change, Click on Change Values.
***Always remember if you remove a quota to receive a large file, download the huge file that’s taking up all that space and delete the email, then turn the quota back on. Administrators can also choose to impose a lower quota on those that constantly exceed the 25MB amount per their discretion.
