HotTip: Renaming/Changing Saved Reports
Saved Reports are the queries that users create under the Custom Report Generator and save for future reference. This HotTip explains how to rename, modify or delete your saved reports.
Where to find the Saved Reports
1. Go to the Management and select Saved Reports.
2. The Saved Report Manager will list all the Saved Reports (Queries) that have been created by all the users of the database.

To Delete a Saved Report
1. To delete a Saved Report (Queries), look for the query on the Saved Report Manager page. Once you located it, click on the delete icon located after the Modify button.

2. After clicking on the deletion icon, your deletion will be confirmed with ”The deletion was successful.”
To Rename the Saved Report
1. From the Saved Report Manager page, click Modify button next to the query that you would like to rename.
2. This will take you to the Modify Saved Report page. Look for the name field under the Query Box.

3. Delete or type over the existing name to rename the Saved Report. Click Save.
To Change the Saved Report:
1. From the Saved Report Manager page and located the query that you want to change. Click Modify.
2. From the Modify Saved Report screen, you may make the necessary changes for your saved report in the Query Details area. Click on the Edit button, located on the left hand side to make those changes.

3. By clicking on edit, this has the saved report (query) be displayed in the Query Builder box. Here you can modify parts of a saved report (query) and when you are done making changes then click on Update Selected and then save.
