Troubleshooting: FEC Viewer (5 and 6) Fix

 

If you have download and installed the FEC viewer and you are getting an error message, try the following steps.

 

  1. Click on this link to the .dll file.

  2. When prompted, click on Save from the File Download window.

  3. In the Save As window, click on My Computer.

  4. Double-click on the C Drive (Local Disk).

  5. Double-click on Program Files .

  6. Double click on CompleteCampaigns folder.

  7. Double click on FEC Viewer folder.

  8. You should see two folders (Fec5 and Fec6), click Save.

  9. Click run.

 

You should now be able to view FEC files.
