How to Export Contacts in Outlook to a .csv Format

 

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Click File and select Import and Export.

  1. In the dialog box that pops up, select Export to a File and click Next.

  1. In the next screen, select Comma Separated Values (Windows). Click Next.

  1. In the next box, select your Contacts from the list and click Next.

  2. When prompted, click Browse and find where you would like to save your .csv file and give it a name (like Contacts).

  3. Finally it will give a list of actions to be performed. Click on the Map Custom Fields button.

  4. When the second dialog box comes up, click on the Default Map button and OK.

  1. Then, click Finish.

  2. Now, attach the file to an email and send it to data@completecampaigns.com with the name of your database in the subject line.
