Problems Logging In
Step 1: Can you get to our log-in page?
Yes. First, check that you have filled in all the fields correctly, including account. This is the most common problem with logging into the database. If you are still having problems, it may be related to cookies. In your Internet Explorer browser, go to Tools à Internet Options à Privacy. Make sure you privacy setting is medium.

No. Reboot and try again. If this fails, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Can you access the rest of the internet?
Yes. Go to Step 3. You may be having problems accessing secure web sites.
No. You have probably lost your internet connection. Try rebooting or reestablishing your internet connection.
Step 3: Do you have Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall?
Yes. Go to Symantec’s website to learn how to fix this issue.

Step 4: Is your Cipher strength 0-bit in 0-bit in Internet Explorer?
To check this, click on Help --> About Internet Explorer

No, the cipher strength is 128-bit. Go to Step 5.
Step 5: Can you get to our site via the IP Address: http://69.43.159.203/login.asp
Yes. Here we're testing the DNS. DNS is what translated domain names (such as completecampaigns.com) into IP Addresses (such as 69.43.159.210). If you are able to access our site with the IP address, you should talk to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) about problems with DNS. They can also login at: http://69.43.159.203/login.asp
No. Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com/ In the top right hand corner is an IP Address. Such as "Your IP: 66.125.24.33" Send us that IP Address. At this point, we will do tracert and Pings from several locations, including our web server.
