Troubleshooting -- Text Size Too Large When Printing Letters

 

When printing a letter template, you have the option of using the Print button (as opposed to Create & Print). However, if you use this button and the printed letters are too large, the text size of the browser is set to large.

 

To set your browser text size:

1. Click View from your browser menu.
2. Select Text Size.
3. Select Medium.

 

Now try printing letters again.
