To get you off on the right foot, we want to make sure you are starting with the right equipment.
Recommend most recent browser. Minimum requirements: Internet Explorer 6. Download IE7 here and download IE6 here.
For IE6 you need Windows 9 w/16 MB of RAM minimum
For IE7, you need either
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) - 64 MB
or
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition - 128 MB
Crystal Reports - To run many of our reports and some of our special features, you will also need to allow your computer to install the Crystal Reports Viewer. This software is automatically launched by our server, or available at https://www.completecampaigns.com/downloads/npviewer.exe.
FEC and FPPC Viewer - Viewing of FEC and FPPC reports will require Windows 95 or newer, and you will need to download the appropriate viewer. You will find the FEC or FPPC report viewer on your Report download page, or you can download and install them on your own. The FEC report viewer is available at https://www.completecampaigns.com/downloads/Fec.exe. The FPPC report viewer is available at https://www.completecampaigns.com/downloads/fppc.exe.
How to get us your data
If you have data that you wish to add to your CompleteCampaigns database, you can e-mail it to us at data@completecampaigns.com or you can mail it to us at 3635 Ruffin Road, 3rd Floor, San Diego, CA 92123. Be sure to include which database the data is for and any instructions with your data.
If this is not your initial import, we will charge $85/hour for basic imports and $125/hour for complex imports. If you wish to receive a quote, please let us know when you send your data.
